Important - England Auction July 17th 2pm!
Move By: Colin Trethewey, Weblo.com Media Relations 13-Jul-2007
Hi Weblonians,
This is a very important notice.
There will be a final five minutes of bidding to become the ruler of England
on July 17th at 2pm Eastern Standard Time.
The England Auction almost came to a dramatic conclusion last night. Bidding was intense with the highest bids above $50,000.
At 12:00am and 29 seconds July13th the auction came to an abrupt end - 4 minutes and 31 seconds ahead of schedule. An untimely and unexpected technical glitch
caused the auction to stop early and we apologize.
The Weblo Team has decided that the only fair solution is to re-open the auction for 5 minutes on Tuesday, July 17th at 2pm EST (New York City time zone). This way all bidders who were hoping to put in the top bid in the last few minutes will have a fair chance to become the ruler of England.
So be ready to place your bids at exactly 2pm EST Tuesday July 17th. This auction will run for exactly 5 minutes
.
The winner of the England Auction will earn residual income from all transactions in England including the sale of all cities, properties and counties. Counties will be very lucrative with the England owner earning 90% of the revenue from county sales.
Thanks, Colin

Hi Weblonians,
Wow what an incredible final hour for the auction
. We were watching as spectators and counting down the minutes to 12:05 am July13th when suddenly the auction closed at 12:00am and 29 seconds with the top bid over $50,000.
This was an untimely and unexpected technical glitch that caused the auction to stop 4 minutes and 31 seconds early and we apologize.
Our Weblo team was online watching the auction
and we came to a quick consensus that the only fair solution is to re-open the auction for five minutes of bidding at a time and date we will determine tomorrow. This way all bidders who were hoping to put in the top bid in the last few minutes will have a fair chance.
Please keep an eye on this Latest Developments section for the date and time for the final five minutes of the auction. You can also contact Member Support for updates. Again we apologize for the inconvenience.
