so weblo creates another 1.9 million basically empty pages,calls them business listings and to register one u have to be a busniess member at $500

So now all the properties we researched and grabbed and lost money on are wasted ? . weblo in all thier wisdom is going to duplicate it and sell it and keep the money ? Isnt that why we purchased it to begin with ? I dont understand weblo at all. Or are they just trying to justify the 2 million scapper sites ?

Than again what does it matter its all a scam . Scam owner scam members. Think your right cpe yahoo needs to be informed aboutscrapping , porn , hate and drug sites . Any idea where we compalin ?

i dunno i guess cities are ok for now,,nly a matter of time til they come up with something like sister cities and duplicate them...cities is the only unique thong on weblo,,dam vidas tail has been worn out so much its silly..and problaby hurts at that...when sean was there he knew they needed members providing unique content...since he left the presses have gone haywire and now they just toss up 1 million pages under any title

lol, at this point they should be paying people to identify scraping targets. No idea what their conversion rate is but they now reach 0.0153% of internet users, so one out of 10k or so +/- huge error range in alexas metrices.

still thats a lot of hits to be picking up, so the revenues have to be pretty strong.
I would imagine that their ad provider pockets a pretty nice chunk of change on this thing.

Guess scraper sites have thier place in the value heirarchy of the internet. I don't think Rocky is going broke on this operation. At least not until some big corp takes serious offense at the content appropriation.

Lol, Rocky just fired up his machine and is now sucking down pina coladas on a beach in costa rica or something. Got a lawyer on retainer in Montreal with instructions to stonewall, and maybe a script to recognize c&d complaints and remove them, maybe.

Rocky made his decision to cut and run a long time ago. Looks like he's starting to feel the effects of original content dilution though, since his pr is dropping. Still 3,370 backlinks can't be all bad.

website outlook states they make 432 $ a day in ad revenue....thats 12k a month 144,000 a year,,i wouldnt reserve jet planes or carrinbean resort on that salary..and that is minus server costs, payroll if any, VC funding payback,loans if any,etc etc
if they didnt make their money within the first year then they are bleeding imo.transaction revenue is now nil as noone is buying anything and membership fees are nonexistent
all in all other than a precarious alexa rank if i woulda dropped the site and sold it in a heartbeat when its worth was high...will only be a slow drain and bleed from here, and once yahoo gets wift of their non ad compliance then that 12k a month will be toast also

50 $ per 500,000 pages
25 per 250,000 pages and 12.50 per 125,000 pages
that is absolutey terrible...lol..and actually laughable
