What is Weblo / Weblo Communities / Weblo Senate

This was an ingame email response to another member, but I thought it worth posting here as well...

Communities at Weblo are mutually beneficial to both the person joining them and the person owning them. Many players overlook communities because hits on them don't count towards the asset, but in my opinion this is shortsighted strategy.

For the person joining a community, links to your profile are placed on the community page accoring to how recently you joined, how active you are within the community, and your earnings at Weblo. The more links there are to you, the more way there are for people (and search engines!) to find your assets :C)

Community activity such as joining communities and posting in community forums contributes towards your overall Weblo activity rank. the more active you are at Weblo, the more prominently you and your assets will be featured at Weblo.

For the owner of the community activity such hits, joins, and posts contribute towards your overall asset rank and how prominently your community is featured at Weblo. The more activity in your community, the higher your asset will rank and more prominently it will be featured.

So not only should you be joining and posting in communities, but you should be developing the communities on your own assets too! Invite your friends, give them topics to talk about.

The Weblo Senate is a great place to talk about Weblo.

I highly recommend joining and participating in the conversations at the Weblo Senate. There are several experienced veteran Weblo members active there discussing various aspects of Weblo. You can ask and answer questions there, request ratings on your assets, talk about Weblo strategy, and whatver aspects of Weblo that interest you.

Yep. Thats rough. Weblo should allow at least 1 mass mail/bulletin per day. Anything else should be limited to a small number of people. This would cut down on spam, but still allow broadcasting
