| Here's what I get back from Weblo about Ad network ads showing up as blank space: - Quote :
- Hi Webloid, you are not doing anything wrong. Unfortunately we have low
inventory of ads right now so some ad spaces are appearing blank. We are working on solving this issue.
Thanks, Weblo.com Member Support

| Basically, they are making enough from Google ads that they dont need to use their own ad network anymore so they dont have to give us any revenue. | |

| Webloid, you are such a dear for asking them. I asked too and got the exact same message! Do you think they are trying to make a killing and then run? | |

| Nah, I don't think it's anything like that, but they seems to have their own interests in mind much more than their members. They really need to communicate with members more and take their concerns to heart. I don't plan to renew my VIP status or make any new registrations until I see some changes benefiting the members, but in the meantime I will continue to develop and trade. When my revenues warrant it I'll resubscribe and expand. | |

| I agree. They aren't going anywhere. They are simply looking at the bottom line, for the moment, and their revenue is all coming from adsense and their auto content builder rather than transaction and subscription revenue. Every day they climb in site ranking, their site gets more valuable. Bottom line.
What they are failing to realize is that they are undermining their primary source of ORIGINAL CONTENT which creates a risk of getting them moved to supplemental indexing. They will need to strike a balance or they are going to seriously screw up their entire income. At some point they will have to focus on getting a larger player pool, so that content, blogs and so forth continue to be uploaded to satisfy the required ratios. | |
