30 day trials not be returned

I sent an email to weblo on the 30 day trials not going back after 30 days. Below is my email and there response, good news they responed in less than 24 hours, bad news standard response.

Simple question on the 30 day rentals.

The first batch I did on trial were returned without issue, but I have 2 states that have went past the 30 day trial and are now showing negative days left.

I understand there is a glitch in returned domains and them not being available for registration, this is an example of that.

The problem does not carry over to States and I'm guessing here, but to all other assets besides domains also. So I am confussed as to why they have not been reclaimed yet. I also have 2 cities I do not plan to buy that are due in 9 days and 1 city I am going to purchase that come up in two weeks along with 4 domains that will be expiring soon. The problem is they mess up my asset earnings on my profile page (they are included) which is fine, but also on the my weblo page acount management section tabs Earnings Transfer Information and My Asset Earnings. This makes it dificult to track your earnings, granted I make very little and it only takes a little subtraction to figure out the correct numbers, but it is frustraiting.

My question is are they going to be returned soon? I've linked the States that are past due already but the cities which have 9 days left and domains whhich have 8 days left I have no intention of buying are.

I don't want them and just want to know if Weblo intends to take them back.

I am going to purchase Genoa City so please do not do anything with that.
